April Action 2013

The University of San Francisco’s seven Regional Councils invite West Coast alumni, parents, friends, and family members to join USF students for April Action, a day of community service throughout the month of April.

First launched in 2009 by University Ministry as a day of service for USF students, April Action was adopted by the Alumni Association and its Regional Councils (alumni chapters) in 2010.

With service as the primary goal, April Action unites students, alumni, parents and families in honoring the Jesuit ideals of being both men and women for others and contemplatives in action. Each Regional Council is collaborating with a local nonprofit for a day of “giving back”.
