An Evening with the President in Peninsula-Silicon Valley

You are invited to
An Evening with USF President Stephen A. Privett, S.J.

Tuesday, Apr. 22 | 6-8 p.m.
Menlo Circus Club, 190 Park Lane, Atherton, CA 94027

A beloved and visionary leader, the 27th University of San Francisco President, Stephen A. Privett, S.J. has championed the education of minds and hearts since assuming the presidency in 2000. During his successful tenure, USF has received national recognition numerous times, including landing on the President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll for seven consecutive years.

Fr. Privett has also overseen the opening of a cutting-edge learning center in the heart of campus, the John Lo Schiavo, S.J. Center for Science and Innovation, led the university to receive a record-setting number of applicants, and has upheld an unparalleled commitment to providing access to USF for students from all economic backgrounds despite the meteoric rise in the cost of a private university education.

This school year will be Fr. Privett’s last and we invite you to join us in celebrating where he has taken the university. Please join us on Tuesday, April 22nd on the Peninsula as we honor Fr. Privett on the occasion of his retirement. Enjoy a poignant and uplifting interview with Father President as he reflects back on his tenure and outlines what he sees as the biggest opportunities and challenges facing a new leader and administration.

6:00pm – Cocktails

7:00pm – Program - Join Fr. Privett for an in-depth, personal conversation, moderated by USF Trustee Emeritus Claudio Chiuchiarelli ‘79.

Please RSVP by Friday, April 18th, 2014.
